• Why couldn't I use the "Draw tab"?
  The "Draw tab" is not available for maintenance reasons. The Java application used in this tab needs to be improved. It will be available in a near future.


• Why couldn't I use the "3D model" tab?
  The "3D model" tab is a Java applet. It needs to access to the TCP port number 1119. If you use a personal firewall (as the Windows XP firewall), you must allow the use of TCP port 1119. If you are behind a company firewall, ask your Network Administrator to allow TCP port 1119. If you are accessing the Internet via a proxy-server, it is highly possible that port 1119 is not relayed. In these case, you can use old (but still working) version of the 3D Search Engine.
